Pleasant
There was a really nice view of the ocean with a short walk.
The bathroom was kind of dirty and the bed sheets didn't feel like they had been washed. Our neighbors were also very noisy so it was hard to sleep at night.

the place is comfortable and check in / out is simple
it’s spacious and it’s a good place for a night’s rest
as we checked in pretty late at night, it could be a little difficult to find the location as it’s not very brightly lit on the external area

Good budget stay
The staff on the ground was amicable, check in was rather smooth. The room was quite nice and pleasant, rather spacious for 3 persons. There were chairs and tables that came in useful. The staff offered an extra mattress for us too in case we needed it
Location - though it is quite near to the airport, the public bus takes a while to come (ie you need to know how to read the bus schedule so that you won't wait for very long). Though the toilet was clean, there was a stench that keeps surfacing. Communication - just need to take note as they reply in Korean (we had some miscommunication with the rooms). The hot water was quite uncontrollable - it was quite hard to get the right temperature to bathe in as it was either too hot or too cold initially. Curtains could be thicker - when the sun rose(around 5am), the room was quite bright.
